Our Products

We use premium shampoos and conditioners to avoid any skin problems arising from sub-standard products. Our retail store also stocks a variety of toys, treats, beds and apparel for your furry friend.

Our Policies

At times grooming can be stressful on nervous animals, to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet, we’ve adopted a cage-free policy that promises that at no time will your pet be caged. If however a dog shows signs of aggression, he will be muzzled during grooming for the safety of your pet and our staff.
We reserve the right to decline grooming services based on the dog’s age, temperament, condition of coat, or general health.
Your dog must be fully vaccinated before we can proceed with grooming.
Puppies must be over three months of age to enjoy our packages.

Cancellations

We require a phone cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Mobile grooming requires two days' notice.
